One of the most frequent questions I’ve been getting asked lately is how to exercise the lower abs.  A lot of ladies struggle with this area.

Some ladies feel like they have a little pooch under their belly button. Others are simply trying to get their abs back to the way they were before they had children…

Others are frustrated because they have noticeable definition at the top of their abs but just can’t seem to get the lower part of their core in the same condition.

The lower abs are a tricky area to target and exercise… especially when you don’t know how to isolate and target the lower ab muscles.  (I’m talking about the muscles highlighted in green.)  It’s completely possible to exercise your lower abs and get definition fast, without crunches (or killing your back!)

If you’re doing everything all right… but your lower abs are still looking all wrong, today’s episode of CCtv is for you.  In this video, I explain how to exercise your lower abs the right way… then I share a few variations of the best exercises that target your lower abs.  If you’d like to get noticeable results in your lower abs, you’re going to love it.
 

 

Repeat each exercise until you feel the burn, then count to 10 to complete one set.  Three full sets of each exercise contributes to your workout and you need at least 4 exercises to create a workout.

Don’t ever forget the three key takeaways from this video.  They are:

  1. You have to follow the Right Meal Plan, cardio program AND incorporate these exercises if you want to get abs
  2. When you work your core, keep your back off the floor!
  3. Every exercise out there is a basic, but alternating directions, sides, and pointed/flexed toes, are easy ways to make new exercises that build on the basics.
