Let’s get down to business with this week’s Thursday 3.

1) Sweating

 

From this full body HIIT workout. If you want the most ‘bang’ for your workout ‘buck’ aka most benefits & calorie burn/minute spent moving – this one’s for you!

I’ve been trying to up my HIIT game since it’s SO crazy hot here in Florida… feeling fluffy isn’t fun in 100+ heat, ya feel me?

I love this routine because it hits all major muscle groups which maximizes fat burn & toning – in the least amount of time… no crazy plyo moves or intensity required.

I’m also loving it because it makes you sweaty… and sweat is very important to detox metals.

Detoxing metals is a must if you wear cosmetics! I’ll share an amazing (and mind blowing) resource about this next week so stay tuned for that…

2) Grilling

 

These Kabobs. This recipe is perfect for Summer. It’s great for boosting metabolism and health. And SO easy to make.

It’s one of my go-to recipes for busy Mom’s with picky eaters and a great way to get the kiddos involved in the kitchen (& to get them excited about eating healthy, too.) They tend to love threading the skewers to customize them to suit their tastes.

 

3) Encouraging

 

You to affirm yourself! The way you speak to yourself matters and I find that a lot of my client’s that struggle with self care & self respect are SO NICE to everyone but themselves.

It breaks my heart… because I’ve been there and I know how bad you have to feel to hate on yourself.

Here’s a post with 20 affirmational quotes that’ll inspire you to have your own back that actually make you feel better & want to do better.

I used to struggle with negative self talk (bad!!) that would lead to self sabotage. I really had to work at training my mind to be more positive.

So if you’re feeling discouraged please know it’s 100% possible to change your thoughts… and when you do it’s 100% easier to enjoy life and feel good. Your mind is like a muscle – consistency is key.

Try some of these if you’re your own worst enemy or need a motivational kick in the pants.
