WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I FINISH A CHALLENGE?

Each Challenge is 28 days long.  After you’re done you can repeat the Challenge until you reach your desired look or start another Challenge. 

If you have access to the Fit Girl Vault you can do the Challenges along with a full body training schedule.  Or start the training schedules after you’re done with a targeted 28 Day Challenge.

HOW LONG DO THE WORKOUTS IN THE CHALLENGES TAKE?

Each workout takes approximately 20 minutes (or less).   

Some days of the challenge only require a set number of reps of one exercise and take approximately 5 minutes (or less) to complete. 

The exact time depends on how quickly you move from exercise to exercise or how quickly you can complete the reps of the exercise.

WHAT IF I'M A BEGINNER OR MORE ADVANCED? WILL THIS WORK FOR ME?

Yep!  The Get Fit Girl Challenges were created and tested to work on everyone from newbies, new mom’s, grandparents, and advanced exercisers and athletes alike!  There are tons of options for all skill levels.  Results are guaranteed.

CAN I DO THE WoRKOUTS AT HOME OR THE GYM?

You can do the Challenges anywhere as long as you have access to basic exercise equipment like dumbbells.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR THE CHALLENGES?

You’ll need a set (or 2) of dumbbells for *some* of the challenges.  No equipment is required for the Plank Challenge.  The Squat challenge can be bodyweight only or you can use *optional* dumbbells during the squat exercises in the squat challenge.

HOW & WHEN DO I GET THE CHALLENGE?
