Ingredients
1cupbarista-style almond milk (or oat milk for extra creaminess)
1/2cupstrong brewed coffee or 2 shots espresso
1 ½ tbsppumpkin puree
1 ½ tsppumpkin pie spice
½ tspvanilla extract
1–2tspmaple syrup or coconut sugar, to taste
1Pinch of sea salt (optional, enhances flavor)
Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and sweetener.
Simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Froth with a handheld frother or stirrer until smooth and foamy.
Pour over coffee or espresso, stir, and serve hot—or let cool and pour over ice.
