Ingredients

watermelon

cubed

feta cheese

crumbled

fresh mint

chopped

sesame seeds

(optional)
juice of ½ lime
1
tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
Pinch of quality flaky sea salt
Instructions
Add the watermelon to a large mixing bowl.
Sprinkle in the mint, feta, and sesame seeds.
Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil.
Gently toss to combine.
Plate and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt
Serve chilled.
