Watermelon salad is the perfect mix of fresh, light, and deeply nourishing. This version pairs juicy watermelon with creamy feta, cooling mint, and a touch of sesame for crunch. Itβs beautiful, refreshing, and supports your body from the inside out.
I love this salad because it delivers the flavor you want on a hot day without weighing you down. It works as a light meal or an elegant side for grilled proteins.
Watermelon Salad Health Benefits
Every ingredient in this recipe adds more than taste. They each bring functional benefits your body can feel.
Watermelon is more than just sweet hydration. Itβs rich in lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that supports healthy skin and circulation. With over 90 percent water content, it also helps restore hydration and lymphatic flow.
Mint supports digestion and helps cool the body naturally. Itβs also antimicrobial and can help soothe bloating or inflammation.
Feta cheese offers healthy fats and protein to help stabilize blood sugar and keep you full longer. Feta is often easier to digest than other dairy because itβs lower in lactose and commonly made from sheepβs milk.
Sesame seeds are full of healthy fats, calcium, and zinc which support hormone balance, skin health, and bone strength.
Quality Salt boosts minerals, hydration, and more.Β See my fave Healthiest Salt recommendations to learn more about the benefits.

Watermelon Salad is great – but Personalized Nutrition is Better
This watermelon salad is fresh, clean, and full of ingredients that support hydration and detoxification. But just because itβs healthy doesnβt mean itβs right for your body.
