• Personalized Root Cause Assessment – You’ll get your personalized Report summarizing my findings delivered straight to your inbox approx. 20 minutes before your appointment.
• 60-Minute Consultation – We’ll chat for an hour and discuss your concerns, questions, and my findings.  You’ll learn all of the possible root causes that can be affecting you most and treatment options.
• Email Recap – After your call, you’ll get an email with summary of our call plus a clear action plan for you and your goals.
• NOTE: The amount paid for this appointment is applied as a credit to your treatment plan. (The credit is not applicable towards 3rd party supplements, products, or labs)
