I’m Dr. Christina Carlyle

Doctor of Functional Medicine, FDN-P, Nutritionist, and Trainer

I used to be overweight, frustrated, and honestly hated dieting. Every plan felt restrictive, exhausting, and impossible to stick with.

I could lose weight, but I felt terrible. Tired. Cranky. Constant cravings. I’d have entrée envy watching everyone else eat while I picked at yet another sad salad. I didn’t want to spend my life gaining and losing the same weight anymore.

What I really wanted was to feel good eating again. To stop battling cravings. To lose weight without feeling deprived. In a way that actually worked for real life.

Once I learned how to work for my body instead of fighting it, everything changed. My cravings & symptoms faded, my energy returned, and the weight finally came off.
