Hi hi!

I’m Dr. Christina Carlyle

Doctor of Functional Medicine, FDN-P, Nutritionist, and Trainer

Before I became a doctor or nutritionist, I was a trainer and I’ll be honest, I never loved working out.

I was over 40 pounds overweight and burned out by workouts that were long, intense, and hard on my joints. They promised results but left me inflamed, exhausted, and frustrated.

I wanted to lose weight, see definition, and actually feel good. So I started training smarter, not harder. Shorter workouts. Strategic movements. Less intensity and more intention. When I paired that with the right nutrition, everything changed.

I lost the weight, reshaped my body, and stayed that way. I’ve since helped thousands of women do the same.

That’s why my workout programs work. They’re science backed, body smart, and designed to deliver real results without wrecking your hormones or energy.
