I’m a holistic nutritionist and a FDN-P (Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner). That means I don’t just give you a list of foods and tell you to eat less and try harder. I give your body what it really needs so it’s easier to get the results you want.
Food isn’t just calories. Food contains different nutrients, fibers, and phytochemicals that communicate with your body.
I use foods to ‘communicate’ with your body to make you feel happier, get healthier, heal, and burn fat – without deprivation or cravings.

HOW I BECAME A NUTRITIONIST
Even when I was losing weight, I still dealt with fatigue, mood swings, bloating, and other frustrating symptoms that made it hard to stay consistent.
What really confused me was this: I could eat the same way my friends did and they got results. I didn’t.
So I started asking why. That search is what turned me into a holistic and functional nutritionist.

I learned that food affects everyone differently, and when you give the right body the right foods, results can happen fast.
The more I studied, the more I realized most diet advice is generic and focused only on weight loss, not on fixing what causes weight gain and symptoms in the first place. Functional nutrition is different. It supports metabolism, mood, energy, and healing, while helping fat come off and stay off.
I used what I learned to lose 40 pounds, get off 7 medications, and get happy, healthy, and fit – and stay that way. Now I show other women how to eat in a way that makes them look and feel great, too.
