You are going to love my avocado egg recipe! This has been my go-to snack and meal suggestion for clients lately and everyone loves it, so I’m sharing it with you!

Avocado Eggs are a must-try snack for good reason.

The EWG, recently updated their Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen List. The Clean 15 is a list of produce that have the least amount of chemicals. Luckily, avocado were at the top of the list of product to buy in-organic. Woo!
To celebrate I’m sharing my favorite avocado recipe of all time. I think you’re going to love it as much as I do.

- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp Hummus
- Hot Sauce, to taste
- Cut an avocado in half and remove the seed.
- Fill the hole in the avocado with hummus.
- Drizzle with hot sauce.
