You are going to love my avocado egg recipe! This has been my go-to snack and meal suggestion for clients lately and everyone loves it, so I’m sharing it with you!
It’s SO good I think you’re going to love it!
Avocado Eggs
Avocado Eggs are a must-try snack for good reason.
They:
- are full of metabolism boosting protein, healthy fat, fiber, and phytonutrients
- will keep you feeling full for hours
- are made with affordable whole-food ingredients
- are perfect for snacks and meal replacements
- are super easy to make
- are 100% vegan – to make them you put hummus into the negative space of the avocado and they kind of look like a Cadbury creme egg which is why I affectionately call them ‘avocado eggs.’
The EWG, recently updated their Clean 15 and Dirty Dozen List. The Clean 15 is a list of produce that have the least amount of chemicals. Luckily, avocado were at the top of the list of product to buy in-organic. Woo!

Avocado Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp Hummus
- Hot Sauce, to taste
Instructions
- Cut an avocado in half and remove the seed.
- Fill the hole in the avocado with hummus.
- Drizzle with hot sauce.
- Enjoy!
