Crunches with your back on the floor are not the ticket to a slim midsection… in fact crunches actually kill your back.  When it comes to exercising your abs always remember this… When it’s time to work your core, keep your back off the floor!

To tighten your tummy, you need to work your entire core—meaning all the muscles in your abdomen.  The easiest – and best way to work your abs, crunch free is with plank.  I created this Crunch free Ab workout specifically for busy women.  You an do it anywhere (home, gym, hotel room) because there isn’t any equipment involved.  No excuses!
