- With your mouth open, take 2 capsules (either 500mg or 750mg) and pull them apart, being sure to pour the powdery contents under your tongue.
- Let the powder dissolve under your tongue. It doesn’t really taste like anything. After dissolving, feel free to take a drink to swallow the rest. Breaking the capsule apart and letting it dissolve makes it absorb and work faster.
- Once dissolved, it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to feel more relaxed, calm, and peaceful.
