If you’ve ever scrolled my YouTube channel way back in the day, you might stumble across one of the very first videos I ever made was about tart cherry juice.
Yep, I’ve been on the tart cherry train for years and for good reason!
Not only is it absolutely delicious (seriously, it tastes like a sour cherry popsicle in a glass), but it’s also one of my favorite lazy girl wellness hacks – simple, effective, and overflowing with benefits. It takes zero effort to incorporate but packs a serious punch when it comes to supporting your sleep, skin, and recovery.
