I’m not shy about about my Love/Hate Relationship with my boyfriend gym.  I still struggle with ‘liking’ it sometimes and being overly-enthusiastic about working out 100% of the time.   It’s like **Oh, great… it’s time to workout…. jazz hands….**  in my most sarcastic voice ever… I mean some days a trip to the DMV sounds like more fun…  Getting motivated to go to the gym is A LOT MORE DIFFICULT, when you’re not getting the results you’re working for and when it hurts… when your energy is down… when you feel like working out is a waste of time because you’re not seeing the results you’re working for.

Girl, I get it!  Once upon a time I didn’t know jack $hit about exercise.  I was embarrassed and insecure.  I’d go, do my 30 minutes of cardio, and get the hell outta there as fast as I could…  a BIG no no, now that I know better.
