Chest Workout For Women
Questions about breasts have been blowing up my inbox lately. Seriously!
Over the past few weeks, I’ve received no less than 3 dozen emails from women all around the world asking me if I could help them with their chests.
- Some women want to know if I have workouts that help them grow their chests.
- Others wanted to know if I have any chest workouts that will help them lift their breasts.
- Some ladies want to know how to prevent their breasts from shrinking when they exercise.
- I even had someone ask if I had any recommendations to help correct a cup size difference.
I felt absolutely compelled to make today’s episode of CCTV to address all of these questions.
Then I share a chest workout exclusively for women looking to lift their breasts and smooth out lumps and bumps from the bra strap area.
How to do this Chest Workout for Women
- Do each exercise until you ‘feel the burn’ then do 5 more. Ideally, you want to be in the 15-20 rep range. Complete one round of all of the exercises to complete one set.
- Do 3 full sets to complete your workout.
- I recommend doing this workout at least 2 times a week.
- For the best results, follow a healthy meal plan and complete training program. If you need help I’ve got you covered.

You’re a darling girl with your honesty and effort. I know you put a great deal of time into the making of these videos. I want you to know much you are appreciated. This latest one about the boob problem was a gem. As I watch, I can see that you certainly are in touch with your body. Congratulations on the series. – Arlene Corwin
Thank you for this! Are the standing exercises able to be done while sitting on the ball or on a chair?
Hi Mikki! Yes, you may do any of the standing workouts while sitting. It doesn’t matter what you sit on either but sitting on a stability ball will help engage your core more 🙂
Awesome! Thank you so much! ?
Is it okay to combine this workout with the recommended back workout on the same day or should these two workouts be rotated?
I’d recommend rotating… or you could split them in half and do 3 back + 3 chest, then the other 3 back + 3 chest. Both ways work.
