Before writing this post I was in a car accident and was unable to exercise for 2 months. With the spine injury I got from the accident, my doctor’s told me specifically NOT to do crunches, because crunches kill your spine. This was tough news for me to deal with considering I was in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE at the time of the accident. See!
The accident forced me to step up my diet game and find creative ways to ‘exercise’ without exercising… which inspired today’s post. Watch me explain how to get 6 pack abs without crunches in today’s episode of CCtv below.
Just suck it in, hold it, release, repeat.
