The purpose of this cleanse is to drop toxins, reduce acidity, and waste weight.

Step 1: Drink lots of Water
You’ll know you’re drinking enough if you’re going to the bathroom every 45 minutes. (The daily recommended 8, 8oz. Glasses should have you going every 1.5 – 2 hours)
Step 2: Drink Green and/or Unsweetened Herbal Tea
To work your tea must be brewed fresh from bags or leaves and be unsweetened. No bottles. No sweeteners.
Step 3: Eat High Fiber Alkaline Boosting Foods
Cucumbers, green leafy vegetables, fruits like pears, prunes, apples, and nuts are the best choices for this cleanse.
Step 4: Sweat
Get your blood moving to stir up the toxins in your system and sweat them out. Cardio is a great start. After a sweaty 30-minute medium intensity session, take a hot bath with 1/4 cup of Epsom salt. Drink lots of water while you’re soaking.
