After struggling with chronic sinusitis and pain for years.   At the time I was seeing 4 different doctors to treat my chronic pain, skin issues, mood swings and sinus issues… I was taking 7 different medications but I kept. getting. worse.   After my ENT said I need to have another sinus surgery… less that a year after my first operation – I knew there had to be something wrong with me – that my medical doctor’s overlooked and weren’t treating.   I went on a mission trying to figure out why I kept getting sick and feeling pain… and how I could cure it.  I discovered chronic pain and illnesses were being caused by severe candida overgrowth.

If you’re dealing with pain there is hope!  There are natural alternatives that have been proven to treat pain. I made a video that explains tips on how to treat pain naturally with foods, scientifically-proven to be effective painkillers.  I’ve personally used the foods mentioned in this video for years to treat my chronic pain. They’ve worked wonders for me and I truly believe they can help you find relief, too.

Once upon a time, I had no idea what candida was or how badly it was affecting my health.  Turns out that I was allergic to candida, a naturally occurring fungus, that grows like crazy when you’re over-exposed to medications, sugar and processed foods.

After my surgery, I went all-out obsessed trying to find alternative ways to treat my pain and curb candida. That’s how my Painkilling Cherry Mint Smoothie was born.  This main ingredients in this smoothie have been proven to effectively treat pain, and help regulate candida growth.  If you struggle with chronic pain, symptoms of candida, or want a healthy meal replacement smoothie recipe, I highly recommend my painkilling Mint Cherry Smoothie Recipe.  I’ve been using it for years, to keep my health in check… plus it’s ridiculously delicious and I think you’re going to love it.
