Do you prefer to workout at home?  Do you like workouts that don’t require equipment?  Looking for an effective full body workout?  I’ve got you!  In today’s episode of CCtv I’m sharing a full body wall workout with you.

All you need is a wall and a (stability) ball.  I made this workout to prove you don’t need a gym membership or a lot of fancy schmancy equipment to get good workout in.  This workout is also great to do when you’re traveling and don’t have access to a gym.

If you don’t have a stability ball no worries… simply skip over the exercises.  (I included them only because they use a wall, too.  If you do have a stability ball you may also enjoy this

 

 

How to Do this Full body workout

Do each exercise until you feel the burn, then do 5 more.  Do each exercise 1 time to complete 1 set.  Do 3 full sets to complete your workout.  If you’re more advanced, you can do 4 rounds.  You can do this workout along with my other workouts for even better results.
