I’m Dr. Christina Carlyle

I’m a doctor of functional medicine, FDN-P, nutritionist, and trainer.

Once upon a time I was 40+ pounds overweight, on 7 medications, with TONS of health issues and felt terrible.  I knew there had to be a better way and I was right.

I reversed my issues quickly and naturally, ditched all meds, lost weight and kept it off.  People started asking me how I did it and that’s how my career started.

Now I teach women how to get happy, healthy, and fit – quickly & naturally, too.
