How to do This Targeted Lower Belly Pooch Fat Workout
- Warm up with some light cardio and some ab stretches.
- This lower ab workout has 7 exercises.
- Repeat each exercise 15 times to complete one full set.
- Finish 3 full sets to complete this lower ab workout.
- Try to do this workout at least 2 times a week. You can try one of my other core workouts, too.

How to do This Lower Belly Workout
- Repeat each exercise until you feel the burn. Once you feel the burn, do 5 more.
- Once you complete each of the 6 exercises in this workout, you’ve completed one set.
- You’ll need to finish 3 full sets to complete your workout.
- Try to do this workout at least 2 times a week. You can try one of my other core workouts, too.

I luv these exercises. However bc of my glaucoma the doc says no exercises with legs above head, like legs up the wall aand ANY yoga.
Definitely skip leg lifting exercises and lifting weights as it’ll increase pressure too much! You can another set to the exercises that don’t require leg lifting. xo

Do you have a specialized plan for someone with diastasis recti? I’m 44 and after a baby then twins 13 years ago, I never lost my pooch and have diastasic recti as well.
I do not. I don’t specialize in pre or post natal workouts. Only holistic weight loss and health.
